Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead receiving inspection, audit suppliers to AS9100/ISO9001, and drive improvements across the supply base. You will manage supplier visits, corrective actions, MRB processes, and data reporting to management.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5 years in electronics, and US work eligibility. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential, with exposure to SPC/Lean and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Five years technical experience in the electronics industry.
• US person (US citizen or Permanent Resident).
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001 quality systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving inspection process and staff to determine conformance.
• Audit suppliers to AS9100/ISO9001 and industry specifications.
• Maintain supplier visit plan and trip reports.
• Manage Supplier Corrective Action System (SCARS).
• Coordinate MRB for incoming material and resolve quality issues.
• Support supplier quality improvements and provide data for supplier scorecards.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering on supplier quality issues.
