Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality programs, oversee receiving inspection staff, and collaborate with supply chain and engineering to ensure conforming materials.

You will audit suppliers to AS9100/ISO9001, maintain supplier visit plans, manage corrective actions, conduct MRB, and report performance data for supplier scorecards while driving continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Five years technical experience in electronics a plus.
• Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).

Responsabilidades

• Managing the process of receiving inspection to acceptance into stock.
• Auditing suppliers to AS9100/ISO9001 and industry specs.
• Maintaining a supplier visit plan and trip reports.
• Managing the Supplier Corrective Action System.
• Approving or disqualifying suppliers as needed.
• Developing and maintaining supplier audit records.
• Investigating production/receiving issues related to supplied material.
• Communicating quality issues with suppliers.
• Facilitating MRB for incoming material.
• Leading receiving inspection activities and staff.
• Facilitating First Article Inspections on supplied material.
• Managing material handling of scrap/raw/material found in production.
• Reporting supplier performance data and contributing to scorecards.
