Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation, part of Microwave Products Group, seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer in West Chester, OH. The role focuses on managing supplier quality programs, receiving inspection activities, and staff while ensuring conformance to AS9100/ISO9001 standards and industry specs.

You will lead supplier audits, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering to deliver high-quality components for military and aerospace applications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with Supply Chain and Engineering on supplier quality issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Diplomatically work with other departments at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving inspection to stock acceptance.
• Audit suppliers to AS9100/ISO9001 and industry specs.
• Maintain supplier visit plans and trip reports.
• Administer Supplier Corrective Action System.
• Approve/disqualify suppliers and maintain audit records.
• Investigate production or receiving issues related to supplied material.
• Facilitate MRB and FAI on supplied material.
• Report supplier performance data and support supplier scorecards.
• Assist suppliers with quality improvements and drive quality requirements.
