Job summary

Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality programs, conduct audits to AS9100/ISO9001, and manage receiving inspection activities. You will support MRB decisions, supplier visits, and corrective actions while partnering with Supply Chain and Engineering.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with roughly five years in electronics/quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with Supply Chain and Engineering on supplier quality issues.
• Experience with supplier audits to AS9100/ISO9001 is preferred.
• Ability to manage receiving inspection and supplier corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving inspection to stock acceptance.
• Audit suppliers per quality systems standards (AS9100, ISO9001).
• Maintain supplier visit plans and trip reports.
• Lead Supplier Corrective Action System and MRB activities.
• Support supplier scorecards and monthly performance reviews.
• Assist suppliers with quality improvements and drive quality requirements.
