Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, part of Microwave Products Group, seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier performance and quality across our supply chain. You will lead receiving inspection, supplier audits, and corrective actions to ensure a compliant, reliable material stream for military and aerospace applications.

The role requires strong communication with Supply Chain and Engineering, knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001, and a background in electronics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Five years technical experience in electronics is a plus.
• Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving inspection to stock acceptance.
• Audit suppliers per AS9100/ISO9001 and industry specs.
• Maintain supplier visit plans and trip reports.
• Manage Supplier Corrective Action System and supplier approvals.
