Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and five years of related experience.
• Experience with RCCA tools and processes.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid resolution of supplier-caused issues impacting the factory with cross-functional teams.
• Represent supplier assurance as onsite interface to Raytheon factories for tier meetings and nonconforming material reviews.
• Analyze supplied material non-conformance metrics and develop corrective action plans.
• Investigate issues with supplied material, ensuring accuracy of defect documentation and robust root-cause analysis.
• Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective hardware.
