Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Supplier Quality professional in Camden, AR to lead rapid resolutions of supplier issues and ensure compliance with DoD-related standards. You will interface with Raytheon factories, analyze non-conformances, and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

The role requires a STEM degree, RCCA experience, and the ability to obtain interim clearance in a U.S. government environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and five years of related experience.
• Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools and processes.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings.
• The ability to obtain an interim clearance prior to start date and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory.
• Represent supplier assurance as the onsite interface to Raytheon factories supporting tier meetings and nonconforming material reviews.
• Analyze supplier material non-conformance metrics and develop action plans for top and systemic drivers.
• Investigate issues with supplied material ensuring accurate defect documentation and robust root-cause analysis.
• Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.
