Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Supplier Quality professional in Camden, AR to lead rapid resolutions of supplier issues and ensure compliance with DoD-related standards. You will interface with Raytheon factories, analyze non-conformances, and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

The role requires a STEM degree, RCCA experience, and the ability to obtain interim clearance in a U.S. government environment.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and five years of related experience.
Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools and processes.
Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System.
Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings.
The ability to obtain an interim clearance prior to start date and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Utilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory.
Represent supplier assurance as the onsite interface to Raytheon factories supporting tier meetings and nonconforming material reviews.
Analyze supplier material non-conformance metrics and develop action plans for top and systemic drivers.
Investigate issues with supplied material ensuring accurate defect documentation and robust root-cause analysis.
Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.
