Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years in quality engineering, manufacturing or related field.
• Experience with SPC, FMEA and QFD.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100/AS9145 and APQP.
• Must be able to obtain interim U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supplier assessments and corrective action reviews.
• Review supplier processes and documentation to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean methods.
• Support program and supplier reviews, technical interchanges, and qualification tests.
• Identify supplier risk and develop mitigation plans to reduce defects.
• Communicate status and issues to Raytheon leadership and customers.
