Job summary

The PSQE communicates with Engineering, conducts RCCA and SCAR, participates in reviews, and travels as needed to meet program needs. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in quality engineering, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in quality engineering or related field.
• Ability to interpret schematic drawings and validate compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous product/process improvements across the supplier base using RCCA, SCAR, and FRACAS.
• Ensure flow-down of requirements to sub-tier suppliers via PO requirements, Quality Notes, and SOWs.
• Identify supplier risks and develop engagement plans; communicate technical requirements between supplier and Engineering.
