Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and five years of related experience.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, etc.
• Experience with root cause corrective action processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid resolution of supplier-caused issues impacting the factory with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as onsite interface to Raytheon factories for supplier quality activities.
• Analyze non-conformance data and develop action plans addressing top drivers.
• Perform robust root-cause analysis and implement corrective solutions.
• Support continuous product and process improvements using analytical tools.
