Revel IT in Nashville is seeking a Supplier Onboarding Analyst to own day-to-day onboarding and partner with Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and Disbursements. You will ensure accurate supplier records with validated bank accounts and tax forms before any payments.

This contract role emphasizes SOX-compliant controls, vendor master data integrity, and timely onboarding. You will collaborate with global teams, contribute to process improvements, and document procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in supplier/vendor management, accounts payable, procure-to-pay, or related finance operations.
• Working knowledge of vendor master data; familiarity with W-9/W-8 forms and tax documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and common office tools; experience with ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Review and process new supplier requests, including vendor information forms and tax forms (W-9, W-8) for accuracy.
• Create and update supplier records following established processes and approval workflows.
• Validate supplier legal names, addresses, tax IDs, and bank details; ensure bank data is verified before payment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies (bank mismatches, missing forms, name inconsistencies) with internal teams.
• Coordinate exception requests with Tax, Compliance, and PTP leadership; document approvals.
• Prioritize and decline urgent onboarding requests affecting time-sensitive payments; communicate status clearly.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries about onboarding status within service levels.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and reports (open requests, aging, turnaround time).
• Support audit and SOX requests by providing evidence for vendor master controls.
• Help document procedures and training materials; test and validate supplier data during system go-lives.
