Job summary

Avispa Technology is seeking a Supplier Onboarding Analyst for an onsite role in Nashville, TN. You will own day-to-day supplier onboarding within the procure-to-pay framework, ensuring vendor records are accurate, timely, and SOX-compliant.

Responsibilities include validating supplier data, handling onboarding exceptions with Tax/Compliance, maintaining trackers, and supporting audits. 3+ years in vendor management and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supplier or vendor management, accounts payable, procure-to-pay, or related finance operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of vendor master data, tax documentation (W-9/W-8), and bank account validation.
• Proficiency in Excel and common office tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred; SAP or similar acceptable) and supplier management/onboarding systems.
• Familiarity with SOX controls, audit support, and fraud prevention in vendor master processes is preferred.
• Experience with ticketing or case management tools is preferred.
• Experience supporting international suppliers or multiple regions, and process improvement or automation, is preferred.
• Entertainment industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day supplier onboarding within the procure-to-pay organization.
• Ensure supplier records are set up accurately, on time, and in line with SOX-compliant controls.
• Validate supplier legal names, addresses, tax IDs, and bank account details before any payment is made.
• Coordinate exception requests with Tax, Compliance, and PTP leadership and manage approvals.
• Respond to inquiries about onboarding status and maintain onboarding trackers/reports.
• Support audit and SOX requests with evidence and documentation for vendor master controls.
• Help document procedures and training materials, identify process improvements, and assist system implementations.
