You will collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Compliance, and Accounts Payable, supporting process improvements in a dynamic, global environment.

You will maintain data accuracy, participate in audits, and contribute to system changes while ensuring onboarding excellence for a diverse supplier base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier or vendor management or related finance operations.
• Knowledge of W-9/W-8 tax documentation and bank account validation.
• Strong detail orientation and controls-minded approach to financial data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication with global stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet short deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review new supplier requests, vendor information forms, W-9/W-8 forms, and supporting docs for accuracy.
• Create and update supplier records per procedures, approvals, and internal controls.
• Validate supplier names, addresses, tax IDs, and bank details before payments.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in banking info, docs, taxes, and records.
• Coordinate exceptions with Tax, Compliance, and Procure-to-Pay leadership.
• Prioritize urgent onboarding requests and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries within SLAs.
• Maintain Excel trackers to monitor open requests, aging, and timelines.
• Provide documentation for audits and SOX compliance.
• Document procedures and training materials for onboarding.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support system implementations by testing workflows and validating data.
