Equiliem is seeking a Manager, Supplier Management in Nashville to lead global supplier onboarding, data governance, and master data compliance. The role collaborates with ERP teams and audit to drive process improvements and automation while ensuring SOX controls and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has extensive supplier management and accounts payable experience, plus strong analytical skills and people leadership, with onsite work five days a week in Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supplier management, onboarding, AP, Procure-to-Pay, or related finance/supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global supplier onboarding, supplier record maintenance, and vendor master data governance across ERP systems.
• Co-lead supplier onboarding platform strategy, requirements, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements with global partners.
• Support transition from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion or comparable platforms, including data conversion, testing, implementation, and rollout.
• Ensure accurate and timely supplier setup and maintenance per policies and workflows.
• Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs for onboarding and related processes.
• Escalate complex supplier setup issues and data discrepancies.
• Coordinate supplier audits and oversee vendor master data accuracy and compliance.
• Design, test, monitor, and remediate SOX controls with governance and audit teams.
• Coordinate external audit requests and provide required documentation.
• Oversee vendor data cleansing and implement controls to mitigate fraud and third-party risk.
• Develop dashboards and reports on onboarding volumes, SLA performance, audit findings, data quality, and trends.
• Analyze root causes of process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process docs, and training materials.
• Partner with Procurement, AP, IT, and automation teams for improvements and automation initiatives.
• Support regional/global leaders in training, resource planning, and consistent process execution.
• Provide training to stakeholders on supplier onboarding platforms and vendor setup requirements.
• Communicate performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to leadership.
