Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Supplier Onboarding Analyst for a Nashville, TN onsite contract. The role involves ensuring supplier onboarding, tax documentation validation (W-9/W-8), and bank account verification, backed by solid Excel usage. ERP experience, preferably Oracle Fusion, is a plus.

The position emphasizes strong attention to detail, controls mindset, and effective communication to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines. Onsite schedule and immediate startup are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in supplier or vendor management, accounts payable, procure-to-pay, or a related finance operations role
• Working knowledge of vendor master data, tax documentation (W-9/W-8), and bank account validation
• Strong attention to detail and a controls-minded approach
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and short deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel and common office tools

• Should understand the tax documentation (W9/W8) and bank account validation, as well as strong attention to details and controls-minded approach is important.
• Experience with supplier onboarding is required.
