Job summary

Revel IT is seeking a Supplier Onboarding Analyst to own day-to-day onboarding, ensuring bank account and tax validations are completed before payment to support SOX-compliant controls.

You will review requests, create and update supplier records, validate data, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with Tax, Compliance, and PTP leadership. This onsite role requires Nashville work in a fast-transforming team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in supplier/vendor management, accounts payable, or procure-to-pay.
• Working knowledge of vendor master data.
• Strong attention to detail and controls-minded approach.
• Proficiency in Excel and common office tools.
• Experience with supplier onboarding required.
• Basic Excel experience with ERP/Oracle Fusion or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process new supplier requests, incl. vendor information forms and tax forms (W-9, W-8).
• Create and update supplier records following established process and approval workflow.
• Validate supplier data, tax IDs, and bank details before any payment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal requesters.
• Coordinate exception requests with Tax, Compliance, and PTP leadership; document approvals.
• Prioritize urgent onboarding requests affecting time-sensitive payments; communicate status.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries about onboarding status within SLAs.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and reports (open requests, aging, turnaround time).
• Support audit and SOX requests with evidence and documentation for vendor controls.
• Help document procedures and training materials; test and validate supplier data during system go-lives.
