Job summary

Bally’s in Chicago is seeking a casino table games dealer to provide prompt, courteous dealing at assigned tables while upholding Bally’s customer-centric service standards.

You will handle cash and chips accurately, observe game activity to maintain integrity, and support credit issuance and player tracking in compliance with gaming regulations. The role requires high school diploma or better, a 21+ age, and the ability to obtain an Illinois gaming license.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Able to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
• Broad knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous dealing at assigned table(s).
• Observe, analyse, and maintain integrity of table game activity.
• Supervise issuance of credit and player tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Lift up to a maximum of 50 pounds and frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reaching overhead.
• Requires manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chips
• Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight.
• You may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations in this position.
