Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Chicago, IL seeks a friendly team member to deliver outstanding guest experiences in our food and beverage area.

You will assist guests with purchases, process payments, operate the POS system, and help maintain a clean, efficient workstation while following SOPs and company policies. This role requires 21+ and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must have six months or more related experience.
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
