Job summary

Bally in Chicago is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to lead staffing, scheduling, and supervision of the table games department in a fast-paced casino environment. You will mentor staff, enforce policies, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a safe, guest-focused atmosphere.

Applicants should have at least two years of supervisory experience in a casino, knowledge of casino rules and gaming regulations, and strong math, organizational, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge of all casino game rules.
• Must have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations.
• Must have a minimum of two years as a Table Games Floor Supervisor casino management required.
• Requires above-average math skills.
• Experience with scheduling and budgeting in a casino environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills are required.
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Oversee the overall integrity of the table games department
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies to ensure a secure gaming environment

Physical Demands:

• Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
• Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reach overhead
• Requires manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chips
• Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight
