Job summary

Bally in Chicago is seeking a Guest Services Associate to contribute to Bally’s Born to Entertain environment. You will assist guests with food and beverage purchases, operate the POS, and keep the cashier area neat while following standard procedures.

The role requires 21+ and gaming license eligibility, with opportunities for competitive pay and benefits. This is a full-time on-site role at Bally’s Chicago location, offering nights, weekends and holidays shifts, with a target hourly range

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must have six months or more related experience.
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage purchases and process payments.
• Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
• Set up and organize cashier workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials; and maintain the cleanliness of workstation at all times.
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and company policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
