Mercy is seeking a reliable supervisor to support department managers with daily operations at Mercy. The role involves coordinating staff, guiding process improvements, and ensuring consistent management practices across the department.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with software and systems used in the department is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists department managers with day-to-day operations.
• Coordinates and supervises co-workers and activities.
• Assists managers with departmental process improvements and changes.
• Works closely with Managers to ensure continuity and consistency in management.
