Job summary

Mercy is seeking a skilled supervisor to support day-to-day operations in our Springfield, MO department. You will coordinate staff, drive process improvements, and help ensure continuity across teams.

Requires independent thinking, problem-solving abilities and supervisory skills. Requires proactive identification of trends, issues and problems as well as identification of possible solutions. Position Details:

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with software and systems used in the department preferred.
• Previous experience in the healthcare field preferred.

Other skills and Knowledge

• Experience with software and systems utilized in the department is preferred.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with external and internal customers (written and verbal).
• Exhibits good judgment and decision making skills.
