Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field; Master's preferred.
• Licensure: LSW, LCSW, LCPC or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of case management and 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management oversight and supervision of staff.
• Assist with landlord mediation and home visits as needed.
• Manage staffing schedules and ensure coverage during absences.
• Provide crisis intervention in mental health or medical emergencies.
• Support goals in housing, income, and health; monitor outcomes.
• Ensure quality improvement and time management systems.
• Engage in clinical supervision in group and individual formats.
• Maintain compliance with HUD, CoC, and health partners.
• Distribute petty cash and resources for case managers.
• Host team meetings and staff development opportunities.
• Create systems to improve compliance and time management.
