Job summary

La Casa Norte seeks a Program Coordinator in Chicago to lead cross-program case management across housing, shelter, and support services. You will supervise case managers, provide expert guidance, and support complex clients through trauma-informed, harm-reduction approaches.

You will help design trainings, ensure service quality, and coordinate with leadership to implement program improvements while maintaining client-centered care and equity across teams.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in social work or related field or at least four years of relevant case management experience.
• Minimum of one year direct case management experience with homeless or marginalized populations.
• Previous supervisory experience and ability to coach/mentor peers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client services on a temporary basis to maintain service continuity.
• Lead and coach case managers and supervisors across programs to strengthen clinical judgment and planning.
• Design onboarding and ongoing training for staff and implement new tools or policy updates.
