MPI seeks a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects ranging from $10M to $50M. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and team development within a growth-oriented environment in the New England region.

You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery, while mentoring field personnel and driving project schedules to meet milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent with a reputable General Contractor.
• Proven experience mentoring and developing project teams.
• Experience managing construction projects valued at $10M–$50M.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Lead all daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality control, productivity, and site cleanliness standards are consistently achieved.
• Drive project execution by understanding project strategy, scheduling, budgets, milestones, and inspection requirements.
• Maintain and update project schedules to reflect status and meet schedule and budget objectives.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients for seamless delivery.
• Foster open communication regarding jobsite conditions, scope changes, and challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to promote collaboration.
• Mentor, develop, and lead field personnel to support project success and team growth.
• Oversee commercial construction projects across New England and other markets as required.

• Drive project execution by developing a thorough understanding of project strategy, logistics, scheduling, financial goals, phasing plans, milestones, and inspection requirements.
• Maintain and update project schedules to accurately reflect project status and ensure schedule and budget objectives are met.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Foster open communication with the project team regarding jobsite conditions, scope changes, project challenges, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors while promoting a collaborative project culture.
• Mentor, develop, and lead field personnel to support project success and team growth.
• Oversee commercial construction projects throughout New England and other key markets as required.
