Job summary

MPI is seeking a skilled Superintendent for on-site leadership of commercial construction projects in Massachusetts. The role covers startup to closeout, coordinating field operations, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years on-site supervision, Procore proficiency, and a proven ability to manage multiple trades across Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Corporate Interiors projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects.
• Experience with ground-up and interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar CM software.
• Ability to lead multiple trades and coordinate subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel within Route 495 corridor and Greater Boston.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Life Sciences/Healthcare/Corporate Interiors experience is a plus.
• Desire to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding organization.

Description

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or interior fit-out construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades effectively.
• Proficiency with construction management technology, preferably Procore.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the Route 495 corridor and Greater Boston project locations.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, or Commercial Construction is a plus, but not required.
• Desire to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding organization.
