Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up multifamily and affordable housing projects in the Greater Boston market. This role manages field operations, coordinates with PMs, owners, architects, engineers, and municipal stakeholders, and ensures safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Superintendent on ground-up construction, strong background in multifamily or affordable housing, familiarity with Procore

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing ground-up construction projects.
• Strong background in multifamily, affordable housing, public housing, or residential developments.
• Experience managing projects valued between $30M-$50M.
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency.
• OSHA 30 certification required; CSL preferred.
• Ability to commute throughout the Boston area with flexibility for Providence, RI projects.

Profile

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing ground-up construction projects
• Strong background in multifamily, affordable housing, public housing, or residential developments
• Experience managing projects valued between $30M-$50M
• Proven ability to lead field operations from sitework through project completion
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred
• Ability to commute throughout the Boston area, including Roxbury and South Boston, with flexibility to support future projects in Providence, RI
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, industrial construction, or production homebuilding environments is not preferred for this role

• Base salary up to $140,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
