Job summary

MPI is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field operations for diverse construction projects, including federal, public, and restoration work. The role involves leading project execution, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

You will travel to Western Massachusetts and Northwest Connecticut project locations, manage site personnel, and support documentation and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must have Superintendent experience managing commercial, institutional, or public construction projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage field operations.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, safety practices, and quality control.
• Ability to effectively communicate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

• Experience leading public-sector, municipal, or public safety projects.
• Stable work history demonstrating long-term commitment and project success.
