The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in property construction and a strong ability to manage teams and timelines.

Description

• Manage and supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure construction meets specified standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams to promote productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including budgets, schedules, and changes in scope.
