Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 1 to plan, manage and execute assigned projects with a focus on safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure documentation is complete in support of JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and investigates incidents.
• Manages subcontractors and overall workflow.
• Oversees project staff, budget, and quality controls.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
