Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects with a focus on safety, quality and schedule adherence. You will coordinate staff, subcontractors and materials to achieve on-time, on-budget project completion.

Join JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities team and contribute to large-scale Industrial, Data Center and Manufacturing projects, while mentoring others and promoting a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years construction experience; strong safety culture.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and control project budgets.
• Experience with Lean principles and scheduling software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute assigned projects with complexity.
• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, budgets, schedules and QA/QC processes.
• Prepare and participate in progress meetings and client communications.
