Job summary

LVI Associates seeks a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on a flagship hyperscale data center project in Haskell, Texas. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and enforce safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field leadership with a general contractor and experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial or data center work. Willingness to travel or relocate is required to support project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations across assigned scopes of work on a hyperscale data center project.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project schedules.
• Develop, maintain and drive look-ahead schedules to support major project milestones.
• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, laydown areas, crane operations, inspections and testing activities.
• Monitor manpower levels and trade partner performance to maintain production targets.
• Conduct daily site walks and proactively identify schedule, safety and quality risks.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract documents, specifications and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, field reporting and progress tracking through construction management software.
• Participate in owner, contractor and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Work closely with Project Managers and senior leadership to resolve field conflicts and keep the project on track.

As part of their continued growth in mission critical construction, they have secured a major hyperscale data center campus in Haskell, Texas and are looking to add a Superintendent to the project team.

The Role

The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations and driving project execution on a large-scale hyperscale data center development. Working closely with Project Management and senior field leadership, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, maintain schedule performance, enforce safety standards and ensure quality throughout all phases of construction.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience managing large, technically complex projects with aggressive schedules and multiple trade partners.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or field leadership experience with a general contractor.
• Previous experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission critical or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of concrete, structural steel, building envelope, MEP systems and construction sequencing.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating complex site activities.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction schedules.
• Strong planning, communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management platforms.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demanding schedules and multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to support project delivery requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Data center, mission critical, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor or large industrial construction experience.
• Experience working on projects valued at $100M+.
• Exposure to commissioning, turnover and owner-occupancy processes.
• Experience coordinating significant MEP scopes and trade partner activities.
