NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale data center construction projects in the Temple, TX area. You will drive safety, schedule, and quality while coordinating subcontractors and owners from groundbreaking through turnover.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction superintendent experience on mission-critical projects.
• Experience leading projects valued at $50M+, with the ability to manage complex schedules and multiple trades.
• Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, CPM scheduling, quality control, safety, and cost management.
• Proven leadership managing subcontractors, field teams, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project management to control costs and maintain profitability.
• Oversee commissioning activities, punch lists, system turnover, and closeout.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent to lead the field execution of large-scale data center construction projects. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, owners, and design partners to drive successful project delivery from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover.

Location: Temple, TX area

What You’ll Do
