Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale hyperscale and colocation data center projects across the United States. You will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.

This role demands national travel, hands-on leadership of integrated MEP installations, close collaboration with project management, and mentoring of junior field staff as the division grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience.
• 5+ years of hyperscale or colocation data center experience.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $25M–$100M+.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems.
• Proven leadership and scheduling experience.
• Experience working within fast-paced, mission critical environments.
• Willingness to travel nationally for extended project assignments.
• Experience across hyperscale, enterprise data centers, colocation or other mission critical environments would be highly relevant.

About the Role
