Job Summary

We are seeking a Superintendent - Construction for a direct hire opportunity supporting commercial construction projects across the regional market. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who takes pride in running organized jobsites, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and keeping projects moving on schedule. The Superintendent will serve as the day-to-day leader in the field, working closely with project managers, clients, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners. This is a strong opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems in real time, and contributing to successful commercial, office, and mixed-use projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily commercial construction jobsite operations and field coordination.

Compensation and Benefits

• Overnight travel is common, with project stays typically lasting 1 to 3 weeks.
• Company travel expenses are paid, and per diem is provided.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing jobsite equipment, materials, storage, and site organization.
• Experience working on commercial, office, or mixed-use construction projects.
