AppleOne is seeking a hands-on Superintendent - Construction to lead field operations on commercial projects, coordinating project managers, subcontractors, and site teams while keeping safety, quality, and schedules on track.
The role requires reading drawings, managing multiple priorities, and traveling to projects within an 8-hour radius of the Pittsburgh area. Ideally you have 3–5 years of superintendent experience and a valid driver’s license.
We are seeking a Superintendent - Construction for a direct hire opportunity supporting commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who enjoys coordinating jobsite operations, working closely with project managers and subcontractors, and keeping projects moving safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
The Superintendent will serve as the day-to-day leader on active construction sites, ensuring schedules are followed, issues are resolved quickly, and work is completed in alignment with drawings, specifications, safety expectations, and client requirements.
