Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of blueprints, construction documents, scopes of work, and commercial building processes.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Excel, and P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Salary range: $80,000 to $125,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Coordinate with clients, field teams, vendors, internal staff, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of blueprints, construction documents, scopes of work, and commercial building processes.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Excel, and P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, and project financial performance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in the Las Vegas commercial construction market.
