Job summary

CORE is seeking a Superintendent with experience in large scale construction to join our Las Vegas team. The Superintendent will manage a singular large project and/or multiple project teams from start-up to punch-out, while exceeding company and client expectations.

The role emphasizes site logistics, scheduling, safety, quality control, and coordination with design teams and owners. Travel within Nevada is required; in-person/exempt/full-time position based in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Complete and detailed experience with subcontractor and construction sequencing
• Understanding of ASI’s RFI’s and Material Submittals
• Technology: Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project and Procore
• Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods
• Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
• Must be willing to travel within the state of Nevada
• OSHA 30
• A valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities Include

The superintendent’s role is to ensure whatever is required to facilitate the construction of the project on site from beginning to completion while utilizing CORE’s best practices in safety, quality, schedule and cost while maintaining relationships with both our trade partners and our clients. These projects are often for a wide range of institutional clients, including colleges, universities, K‑12 districts, municipalities, healthcare systems and more.

Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience. This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.

Candidate Qualifications
