Job summary

CORE Construction in Las Vegas seeks a Superintendent to manage large-scale projects from start-up to punch-out. You will lead site logistics, scheduling, and safety programs while coordinating with subcontractors and the design team.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction, 5+ years supervisory, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, and CMAR/Design-Build delivery is required; travel within Nevada and OSHA 30 are expected.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years construction experience.
Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with subcontractor sequencing and coordination.
Understanding of RFIs and Material Submittals.
Proficient with MS Project, Procore, and MS Office.
Willingness to travel within Nevada; OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead site logistics, project scheduling, and critical path management for subs and vendors.
Drive safe construction practices and Lean methods on site.
Oversee quality control and resolution of deficiencies.
Collaborate with design team and owner to resolve challenges.
Review drawings, specs, and submittals for constructability.
Track progress with daily reports and weekly schedules; manage closeout.
