Qualifications

**Superintendent Location: Las Vegas, NV Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt | In-Person**CORE is seeking a Superintendent with experience in large scale construction to join our Las Vegas team. The Superintendent will manage a singular large project and/or multiple project teams from start-up to punch-out, while exceeding company and client expectations.Responsibilities include:* Lead site logistics, project scheduling, and critical path management for subcontractors and vendors.* Drive safe construction practices, subcontractor coordination, and Lean building practices.* Oversee quality control and resolution of deficiencies.* Collaborate with the design team and owner to resolve construction challenges and unforeseen conditions.* Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability.* Track project progress through daily reporting and weekly schedule updates.* Lead project closeout, including punch list completion and turnover.* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.The superintendent’s role is to ensure whatever is required to facilitate the construction of the project on site from beginning to completion while utilizing CORE’s best practices in safety, quality, schedule and cost while maintaining relationships with both our trade partners and our clients. These projects are often for a wide range of institutional clients, including colleges, universities, K-12 districts, municipalities, healthcare systems and more.Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience.
