CORE West, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale construction projects from mobilization to turnover. You will oversee site logistics, scheduling, safety, and coordination with subcontractors and the design team.
Requirements include 15+ years of construction experience, 10+ years of supervision, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Project and Procore. Travel within Nevada is expected as projects arise.
CORE is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a proven track record overseeing large-scale construction projects valued at $50 million or more to join our team. The Senior Superintendent will manage a singular large project and/or multiple project teams from start-up to punch-out, while exceeding company and client expectations. Responsibilities include: Lead site logistics, project scheduling, and critical path management for subcontractors and vendors. Drive safe construction practices, subcontractor coordination, and Lean building practices. Oversee quality control and resolution of deficiencies. Collaborate with the design team and owner to resolve construction challenges and unforeseen conditions. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability. Track project progress through daily reporting and weekly schedule updates. Lead project closeout, including punch list completion and turnover. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members. The Senior Superintendent oversees project execution from mobilization through completion, ensuring work is delivered in accordance with the company’s best practices for safety, quality, schedule, and cost. The role also maintains strong relationships with trade partners, clients, and project stakeholders. Projects serve a diverse range of institutional clients, including colleges and universities, K–12 districts, municipalities, healthcare systems, and other organizations. Candidate Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years construction experience Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience Strong communications skills, both written and verbal Complete and detailed experience with subcontractor and construction sequencing Understanding of ASI’s RFI’s and Material Submittals Technology: Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project and Procore Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service Must be willing to travel within the state of Nevada OSHA 30 A valid Driver’s License Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience.
