CORE Construction Services of Florida, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction on large scale commercial projects in the Fort Lauderdale area. The role emphasizes safety, schedule, quality, and client service, leading trade partners and coordination with design/owner teams.
Travel across South Florida is required; strong supervisory experience is essential. Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience.

The employee’s primary responsibility will be for all onsite activities of a construction project ranging from start-up to punch-out, including:
The superintendent’s role is to ensure whatever is required to facilitate the construction of the project on site from beginning to completion while utilizing CORE’s best practices in safety, quality, schedule and cost while maintaining relationships with both our trade partners and our clients.
These projects are often for a wide range of institutional clients, including colleges, universities, K-12 districts, municipalities, healthcare systems and more.
Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience.
This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
