You will greet guests, take and enter orders in the POS system, deliver meals, and handle payments accurately while ensuring safety and sanitation standards. Requirements include English literacy, ability to stand all shift, and willingness to complete Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certifications.

Aufgaben

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
• Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc.
• Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus and items, current promotions and specials, and answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly.
• Accurately enter orders into POS system.
• Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver to guests in a timely manner.
• Collect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards), ensure transactions are correct using POS.
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework.
• Pack and verify all ToGo orders with guest.
• Greet guests at the curbside pickup area.
• Can physically stand/walk 100% of shift; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Five (5) Day Work Week.

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
• Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc. as needed
• Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly
• Accurately enter orders into POS system
• Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner
• Collect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently, calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely manner
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework
• Pack and verfy all ToGo orders with guest
• Greet guests at the curbside pickup area
• Can physically stand/walk 100% of shift
• Can reach, bend, stoop frequently
• Able to deliver plates, and clear tables of plates and glasses, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Ability to read and write handwritten guest checks, notes, etc
• Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes
• Complete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Five (5) Day Work Week
