Job summary

Snappages is seeking a part-time Hospitality Assistant to provide hands-on, behind-the-scenes support for Sunday Gatherings and Bay Area events. The role emphasizes welcoming environments, relational care, and smooth operations across hospitality spaces.

You will work 20–29 hours weekly, report to the Connecting Director, and help with setup, cleanup, and coordinating volunteers for large church events and other ministries.

Responsibilities

• Sunday hospitality: manage hospitality spaces and serving teams.
• Oversee and support Sunday Gathering serving teams and tasks.
• Support broader Connec ng teams and hospitality needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in hospitality spaces and kitchens.
• Place and stock orders, manage purchasing records and expenses.
• Coordinate hospitality for large events and holidays.
• Assist in planning staff hospitality events with the director.
• Onboard and train hospitality volunteers; communicate and schedule.
• Prepare guest welcome bags and assist with new guest follow-up.
• Participate in staff and team meetings; assist with special projects.
• Maintain organized systems and recurring responsibility checklists.
