Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Basic fluency in English, including ability to create materials and reports.
• Valid driver’s license, current liability insurance, reliable transportation.
• Physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Available to work weekly hours, primarily during evenings and weekends.
• Able to commit to a minimum 1-year term of service.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host three high-quality monthly events for residents.
• Build connections among residents, onsite staff, local services, and businesses.
• Provide a consistent, caring presence for residents and property staff.
• Enhance the community’s online reputation by encouraging residents to share their experiences.
• Create marketing materials, including monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media posts.
• Manage the event budget and related processes.
• Prepare and submit monthly summaries and reports.
• Meet regularly with onsite staff and the Program Director for planning, training, and development.
• Recruit, engage, and coordinate volunteers, vendors, and community partners.
