Job summary

Christ Church is seeking an Events and Kitchen Coordinator to support hospitality for church events and external rentals. You will coordinate event logistics, food service, staffing, and volunteer teams to ensure smooth operation.

The role includes administrative duties such as ordering, billing, coordinating volunteers, and helping lead events. You will work closely with the Events & Special Projects Director to plan and execute gatherings across a wide guest range.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1-3 years in restaurant, catering or service industry with large events.
• Experience coordinating event logistics and hospitality services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate F&E service requirements for church events and external rentals; lead volunteer teams and oversee execution.
• Assist with accounting, ordering, inventory management and other admin tasks.
• Support hospitality for guests and participants at Christ Church events.
• Plan and prepare menus and welcoming spaces for gatherings from 15 to 500+ guests.
