Qualifications

• Experience with volunteer management and scheduling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Planning Center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for all hospitality roles.
• Coordinate Sunday serve teams and ensure coverage for services.
• Manage Serve Team Lounge supplies and readiness each Sunday.
• Organize and oversee communion planning and distribution.
• Plan and execute hospitality elements for key Sunday events.
