Snappages is seeking a Campus Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the Kent Island campus. This role blends administration, volunteer coordination, guest follow-up, and Sunday execution to ensure the campus runs smoothly and guests feel welcome.

The position is hourly and part-time, requiring strong leadership, relational communication, and a servant leadership approach. Collaboration with the Annapolis campus team is essential for consistent messaging and operations.

Responsibilities

• Sunday Morning Leadership: serve as the primary lobby Sunday morning point person; ensure all Connect roles are scheduled and covered; oversee Sunday logistics; lead or support Connect Team huddles; troubleshoot issues; be a visible, friendly presence for guests and volunteers; prepare communion or other gathering elements as needed; coordinate with Campus Pastor on weekly flow and events; communicate with volunteers throughout the week; align with Annapolis Campus Connecting Director.
