Job summary

As a Technical Intern, you’ll learn through hands-on experiences in construction monitoring, testing protocols, and report preparation, with opportunities to travel and work from heights.

Qualifications

• Interest in civil/structural engineering and materials science.
• Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn in a consulting environment.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction monitoring, field investigations, and site inspections.
• Analyze materials, develop test protocols, and analyze data.
• Collaborate on reconnaissance of existing structures and field tests.
• Organize field data and support research for analysis and repair design.
• Perform hand calculations and use analysis software under supervision.
• Assist in preparing client deliverables including documents and reports.
• Travel may be required; work from heights may occur.
