Job summary

Butterball, LLC invites motivated students to join a 10–12 week Poultry Production Intern program at our Huntsville, Arkansas plant. You will learn the ins and outs of food production, collaborate with the team to optimize processes, and contribute to quality assurance and safety while developing leadership by guiding entry-level staff.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Agri-Business, Animal Science, Food Science, Meat Science, or Ag Leadership with a graduation window from December 2027

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Agri-Business, Animal Science, Food Science, Meat Science, Ag Leadership, or a related field with an expected graduation date December 2027 through June 2029.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
• Open to relocating to Huntsville, Arkansas if not in the area.
• Demonstrated participation in extracurricular activity.
• Demonstrated involvement on-campus.
• Previous work experience of any kind preferred.
